Called in and was on the schedule quickly. They did a great job of keeping me updated with the arrival of what I thought would be a technician arriving. The technician happened to be the owner of the company. David was great with walking me through my options as a homeowner with an aging unit and also taking in to account things I have personally going on where replacing a unit would be tough at this moment. January 31 2025! It snowed. Our unit died. I searched google. Found seaside. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED . Day of. 1 year later…… issues happening… as they do. SEASIDE SENT MICHAEL WILLIAMS (Request him) ! Came through like a marvel avenger. We are DEFINITELY LIFELONG PATRONS.

When dealing with appliance or auto repair, trust in the company you deal with is paramount. Seaside is a company you can trust. I was referred to it by an aftermarket warranty insurance plan and am now a customer for life. I wish there were more companies like Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning.
We purchased our home a year ago and found it had some complex HVAC ducting issues that really called for the creative use of mini-split systems. David and his team took on this challenge and just completed the installation of two new units. Everything was completed in a single day and both systems are working exactly as we hoped.
