Great place to get hearing aids fixed. Spoke with a Terrific Woman who helped me out a lot and gave me some options. She is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and the offer great service.
When Cole Crouse opened "Seaside Hearing" in Chester my husband was among his first appointments and subsequently purchased hearing aids. We have always found Cole to be accommodating, knowledgeable and committed to providing good service. He, and his office assistant are flexible and endeavour to open a time slot to solve any issue that may occur with hearing aid use. We've been pleased with the service.
Although the name is fairly new, I have been with the owner for over ten years and have followed him when he moved. Knowledgeable, kind and considerate are some of the attributes in making for a comfortable experience. Would never go anywhere else.
I can't say enough good things about Seaside Hearing in Chester! Cole is a polished professional, always providing excellent, thorough and caring service. I never feel rushed in my appointments; both Cole and Brittany go the extra mile, and take the time and care to make sure everything is well explained and understood. I trust Cole's expert advice as a hearing specialist implicitly, as my husband also did. I truly appreciate the exceptional service that you have provided to both of us.
