Horrible organization and lack of professionalism. They will talk over you. They will give you the runaround. I returned the call from the office manager, who I was supposed to hear from on February 13th. Thankfully, as a patient, I made the appointment on the 13th with another doctor at the facility to discuss other labs they had made me do. Terrible patient service since US Digestive Health took over. Horrible communications! Go elsewhere if you can.
Everybody in the office is very polite. I enjoy going here for my appointment.
I cannot begin to tell you how AWFUL this Dr office is. It is not the physician, Dr Caruso is great. However, not only are the members of office staff and para-physicians rude, unkind and unhelpful, they close their office with no answering service and no messages accepted during a week when patients are having a procedure. Sure, we can call 911 for emergencies, but what about other questions "this prep makes me vomit," "I have a minor side effect," "I have a dosing question..."
