The service tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Help us out and told us exactly what was being done and why. I was very pleased with the service and will being using them again
Damian arrived promptly, on the same day we called. He refilled the freon and explained in detail what the next steps would be to find and fix the leak, after he determined that it wasn't in any of the easy-to-access places. He also cleaned out a large (unoccupied) mouse nest and sealed up their entrance. We were very happy with today's service.
Chris was on time, professional, and thorough. He explained all my options clearly, and we strategized together very well. High praise! And a follow up. The work has been completed and they did a great job! Everything looks great and breezed through inspection.
