Came in for my foot and was greeted and the doctor and staff are nice as well. Highly recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Seaside Foot and Ankle while dealing with my wife’s broken ankle treatment. What should have been handled with care, urgency, and professionalism turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience marked by what felt like wrongful treatment and a lack of basic compassion. Absolute worst clinic I have ever been to. The Chula Vista clinic staff is rude, lies, and continuously gives you the run around regarding your treatment plan. Laomi the receptionist is rude and interrupts you, and the manager Evelyn is constantly lying about not being the office or calling back. Either you have to call the office multiple times to be put on hold, sent to voicemail, or told you’ll get a call back but don’t.
