Sam was available on short notice to remove a significant dent in the hood of our Mini Cooper. Within 30 minutes, the dent was gone and now the hood is ready for paint touch up! Great service and Sam has all the tools to tackle various body repairs.
I took my car to Seaside Dent Removal hoping for a clean, professional fix. Instead, the dent is still visible and there’s a new scuff mark where they worked. When I called to complain, they blamed it on the condition of the panel. Total lack of accountability.
The repair barely made a difference and the tech left behind residue on my paint. I reached out for a follow-up, but no one ever got back to me. Terrible customer service. I’d strongly advise going elsewhere.
