Not sure what is going on with Seaside Cycles. We rented from them several times in the past and were always pleased with their bikes & price. However, this year we sent them a request for 5 bikes for Spring Break 2014 months in advance, but never heard anything back from them about the reservation. On April 1, 2014 I called their business number to make sure they received our reservation - the phone line said "the number you have called is disconnected or no longer in service". WORST BIRE RENTAL EVER!! – My family and I take a beach vacation every summer and have never experienced such bad customer service. We were overcharged from the beginning and received terrible service. We were extremely overcharged for the bikes and did not get the equipment we requested. I would NOT recommened renting from this place to anyone... take my word!
