The program was developed by Coach Greg Glassman through many years of watching, working with and coaching all types of people – from those considered “normal and average” to top athletes.

The teenage boy loved it. Hate the lack of signage.
I've dropped in several times in the last 3 years, and they always have good WODs, pleasant members, and helpful coaches. The facility is very spacious and clean, I will keep returning whenever I'm near Wareham.
