An Adirondack chair that I recently purchased was damaged in the California wildfires. I contacted Seaside customer service and they quickly, efficiently and with much kindness sent me a replacement slat for the one that melted - now my chair is perfect again
Seaside Casualty furniture is of good quality. Please be aware the furniture is warranted for 20 years and after 10 years many pieces break and crack to a state of junk. The dealers and company will not uphold the warranty and just give you the run around. There are many less expensive alternatives and companies that do not warrant their products should be avoided.
I did an interview here a while back and they just fully ghosted me. I called, sent emails, nothin. Pretty rude honestly
Outstanding, customer support - what they did was totally unexpected. We purchased two Adirondack Rockers back in 2008. Those rockers handled lots of usage, Maine summers AND winters (-20F) and 4 moves, last one to MA in 2022. Finally, here in June of 2024, 16 years later, the back of one of the rockers broke. We inquired through our dealer about replacement parts. Seaside sent us an entirely NEW rocker. Count us in the awed and delighted customer camp! Thank you so much! We couldn't be happier.
