DO NOT Give money to Jason of either Seaside Blinds and Awnings or Madison Shades promises and promises things and doesn’t come thru. He will answer and then screen calls and doesn’t return calls absolutely disgusting when it’s was their fault regarding the issue we have!!!! Fair Trading will be the next stop
DO NOT give any money to Jason Ireland representing Madison Shades and Seaside Blinds and Awnings. We gave him $8000 last September and have absolutely nothing to show for it. He lies about the status of your order and eventually won’t answer phone calls or messages. Through investigations we’ve made we are not alone. Now for solicitors and Fair Trading. I would not even give him 1 star if that was an option.
Do not trust Jason from Madison Shades happy to take your money but when things go wrong he doesn't like to give a refund so $8000 down the drain. Worst customer service never answer your calls or emails.
Jason installed a awning over 6 months ago lasted 1 week wind and rain took it down bending post. He came took it down installed better post but I'm still waiting for my awning to be installed all paid for and now not returning phone calls. 6 months to finish a job is a joke.Time for ACCC
We CAN NOT Recommend Jason Ireland from Seaside Blinds & Awnings /Madison Shades at all. We had multiple issues. The biggest was that we requested Council Approval for the Louvred Roofing which Jason said he could organise (as per the voicemail he left on our phone). We waited 5 Months for Council Approval. He ghosted us, not answering our calls. Then Jason finally answered saying he was out of town, but has Council Approval & ready to install the roofing.
