Jose provided prompt responses to my inquiries and arrived on time. He did excellent work and answered my questions. He was friendly, conscientious, and done in about an hour. Working with Jose was a true pleasure. Excellent customer service and communication. I had a bad crack in my new Nissan Ariya's windshield. Because the car was only a year old Nissan didn't have any stock. Jose kept in direct communication with Nissan, and even though it took 7 months, I received monthly texts from Jose saying he's still in touch with Nissan making sure they didn’t forget about the order.
