I have used Tim a few times now to fix my appliances. My Viking microwave that was not heating and also most recently he came out to fix my Viking oven door, and I was thoroughly impressed with his service. From the start, he showed up on time, Tim was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. I really appreciated that his prices were completely transparent – he explained everything clearly upfront. I had a appt for 4:00 it is now 5:45 no phone call no nothing. I common courtesy call to let me know your going to be late. I tried calling and mailbox is full. Not good business practice.
