I was a rental guest of Seashore Vacations from December 20, 2021 to March 31, 2022. I stayed in the Forest Beach Villas on the 4th Floor and I was able to park in the parking garage on the lower level of the building. Buddy & Lila Konecny own the business and their entire staff is outstanding and always ready to help with any issues or problems a guest may have with their television or any other problems such as receiving the Internet. We are staying in Fairway One 6953. We walked into moldy/mildew smells and a lack of cleanliness. After several phone calls, Heidi sent Will to reassure us that the black ceiling was mildew and not black mold. I am not convinced. Heidi also sent the cleaner who showed up as 5 adults and 2 babies were sitting down for lunch. I was told someone would call to set up a time to reclean as the place was unacceptable (dust so thick I could write my name). We sent the cleaner away. Did anyone call to check on things? NO! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Our unit at Shorewood was dirty when we checked in, the kitchen smelled, dryer did not work whole time we were there, we had to clean the bathrooms to shower. We called for 3 days and finally gave up. They never did a thing for us. I would never rent anything from them again. My rating is a negative 5 which is not on the scale.
