I’m very disappointed with the way this clinic has been handling things lately. I was asked twice to fill out the same form, and both times they asked for money. The first time, the lady from the Oakville location told me it would cost $40, but when I went in today to pick it up, I was suddenly told it’s $50. When I asked to speak with management about the price change, the receptionist kept avoiding my request. Honestly, it’s a mistery how this office is being managed. If I could talk to the Office Manager it would be great, except you can never ever get anyone on the phone, no matter what time you call and how many messages you leave. Calls are either being dropped (disconnected) or nobody bothers returning your voice messages. My family doctor has faxed a referral to Dr Munshi at the end of July (got a confirmation that the fax was received). After calling so many and leaving voice note no body got back to me. I was trying to confirm the appointment
For Oakville. For a supposed to be 15mins appointment, waited 45mins and got 5-7mins. We can not make appointments like this. People should be treated better by medical systems in this city/province/country. We are also in workforce and have families, this is appalling system to be a part of. Left my 2 kids at friends to be at doctors during dinner time. There is also seems to be restrictions to how much you can discuss in one appointment. Sea Shell Clinic is hands down the best place for my kids. Dr. Tarek Khalifeh is not only extremely knowledgeable but also such a kind and caring doctor. My kids actually look forward to seeing him, which says everything! He always listens, explains things in a simple way, and makes sure we feel comfortable and reassured.
