Randi is the best!!!
This place has definitely improved and I can say they do everything they can to help you and make it right. Maintenance are always there to do the job right. Management is quick to respond and make it feel as this community is a family. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family or couples. Thank you Randy, Bailey , and maintenance for everything you do. God bless.
3/10 I have been living here for 4 months already, I love the pool and park but it is too silent and boring. Kids throwing basketballs at my mobile home.
Had a very awesome experience with randi and all the girls/crew there! They were all very kind and helpful!!!! Before I was going to move to misty winds but I had a very bad experience with a girl named Victoriah. Glad I came to seascape! 🥰
Well 4 months later bills only get higher because appliances never work properly I'm going on a week and a half with no air conditioning. If you're going to move here you better know how to fix your own house and do your own maintenance. They do not show up especially on weekends this is very much a "you're on your own" type Mobile Home Park the rent goes up $100 every year if you don't purchase the place.
