Visted seascape and the manager Randi helped me and my wife out. She was so welcoming and helpful. We showed up at 5:50 pm due 2 work and she stayed late showing us homes and answering my wifes million questions. The home was stunning! Huge garden tub and lots of room for our kids. We will definitely start the application and try to own down The line. Thanks again Randi for your great Customer service and patience

If you're going to move here you better know how to fix your own house and do your own maintenance. They do not show up especially on weekends this is very much a "you're on your own" type Mobile Home Park the rent goes up $100 every year if you don't purchase the place. And the water is going to be shut off at least once a week for most of the day whether you like it or not the manager you meet this year will not be the manager you meet next year they themselves will tell you the same thing Good luck future sucker.
I just moved into this place on Saturday and Randi the new property manager is amazing. She went above and beyond and came in on her day off to give us our keys and sign the lease. The whole application process was quick and smooth and she helped us from beginning to end. I must have texted her 20 - 30 times with questions and she answered every text. I would definitely recoment this place to anyone,
