This place is horrible! I moved in back in January and we are now may and my ceiling fan is still broken. They charge and complain about everything. If your yard isn’t cut a $100 fine, if your trash cans not put up, fine! Like everything is a fine.They are constantly shutting off the water as well without notice. I'm really upset with the new managers my 12 year old daughter just told me yesterday when they had this little party for Easter 🐣 that they announce my email that was for the community they let everyone else join the egg hunt but my daughter and one of her friends that told them they were not allowed to join ! FIRST 5 MONTHS I LIVED HERE THE MASTER BEDROOM LIGHT AND CEILING FAN DIDNT WORK. I had to call 37 times in a row for them to answer still took 5 months to replace. Now our entire power in our master bedroom and bathroom is off. currently live here. No one answers the emergency maintenance phone for actual emergencies. DONT LIVE HERE, I promise you they will not help you out even if you pay them thousands of dollars.
I'm annoyed with this property. I spoke with someone on Wednesday and set up a time to come tour the property (today) Friday at 2:30. Showed up at 2:08. Had to knock twice because the door was locked even though business hours posted suggested they should have been open. Someone finally opened the door only to advise me that everyone had been sent home for the day, that there were no more vacant properties to view.
