Our AC has been broken for several days with the front office saying they will have someone come look at it and no one shows upand we have two kids and I'm 38 weeks pregnant. The hall way bathroom has been leaking water from somewhere in the walls and has not only damaged the floors in the bathroom but my kids wall and the carpet on the other side of the wall are starting to mold/mildew with again, someone saying they'll come look at it and nothing has been done. Left the home in better condition than what was given to me and never received my deposit and no one ever got back to me after I called and left voicemails. Started off at about $1200 for 2 bd every year they go up ended at 1500 I left before it went up anymore. If your not trying to buy I wouldn’t recommend renting.
If you’re looking into this place to move into from out of state, don’t do it! I found them online while living in Idaho and signed a lease without visiting. Look into a private landlord! Trust me, this is NOT THE PLACE. You will hate it here and be locked in for a whole year!
