I'm a subcontractor, did some jobs for David Sagor, seascape. They owe me more then $40k. I'm out of patience. When i can get paid, David?
Avoid avoid avoid! The quality of their work did not meet any standards. Water is leaking because the balcony was not sealed properly. Never received a response from this unreliable builder.

The reason this company even have 2.5 stars rating is probably because the people writing the reviews giving 5 stars have either been paid off or are friends or family members of DAVID! The houses that he has built, I would really like to see if he himself could live in any of them and not complain about the incompetence and lack of compliance being carried out in these properties.
