As others have said, signing a contract with David will ruin your life. He just random unqualified subcontractors to do the job. RON BROWN ECOZEN Constructions. My subcontractor didn't even have an ABN let alone a building qualification. I hired them in Jan 2025 to build a 60sqm granny flat. It was meant to be finished in May. Now it's Oct. The subfloor is the wrong material, they changed the engineering drawings without consent and sent it to the surveyor for approval of the subfloor.
