The building was not built well. The maintenance bills over and above the very high assoc fees are EXTREMELY expensive. The association fees are constantly going up and everybody is in your business. They have a rule for everything.

The place is lovely but association fees keep going up.
Google asked me to review this place. I'm not sure why, I've never been there. I'm sure it's fine, though. 5 stars.
