James is a scam artist! Do not order from this company. They will take your money and never send anything to you. I can’t believe companies get away with this! I’m taking this company and James to court.

This is fraud company. I ordered furniture at their website half a year ago. They still have not delivered anything. I contacted them many times, first they promised that this is just the unpredictable delay and asked me to wait a little bit more. And for the last couple of months they stopped answering my emails, their phone numbers are turned off, “voicemail is not set up yet”. They just disappeared. I am going to file the police report.
James Hall is a fraud. He will not deliver furniture and he will write you bad checks as a refund and then promise to send certified check. He will blame it on being short staffed. If you are getting any of these responses from him you are being CONNED, He is a con man. You will not get furniture.
