I signed up for an oil change at 2:00 on Saturday and when I first arrived, there were very few cars in the bays. The gentleman before me was told it would be a one hour wait. The only reason I gave one star is because none wasn't an option. The first register I went to check out at I waited 10 mins, while the cashier attempted to ring up another customer. I left to go to another register. After a few minutes the person in front of us was done, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a Sears card and save $15. I got declined for the card despite above average credit. No discount was offered. Then the cashier rung up an item that was $19.99 for $29.99.
