When it came time for the install, they realized they made an error because not all the windows fit. They then promised to replace the windows to include grids for all, because it was there error. When it came time for the 2nd installation, they didn't do as they promised. Now we have to order grid kits. I will never recommend Sears. This has been a nightmare. Shame on you Sears.
