So expensive and don't trust in the warranty because they cancel the appointments to fix many times without back to you.
Unfortunately, I had windows installed by Sears almost 4 years ago. The first two years after installation we had dry conditions but last year we saw record rainfall; and I had water coming into our house from the front window. I learned that the Sears installer did not completely caulk around the window (see attached photo).
