Avoid this business like the plague! The technician never showed up. I rearranged appointments and work meetings and waited all day. Then, I was told that the problem could not be resolved because my appointment window had passed. My account showed an empty black square as "documentation" that the technician had been there.
Very bad experience. The windows color supposed to by white as ordered and windows of whole hose is white but they installed the different colors of windows in kitchen area. I complained to the sales person he came promptly and said he will report to management to fix the problem. In response someone call and said he can't do anything. Several people from the company came to house in different times and know the colors of the house and windows but I was surprised to see that how they can this blunder and after that not willi... read more
Workers were efficient, and did the work in a timely manner. So far the windows look great. My only complaint so far is that they did not hang the blinds back to original their state.
