I went in with my 5 month old shiztu thinking the worst and after I met with Dr.Q and she told me everything I thought was happening was actually not happening with him. She gave me a simple food prescription and I left after Theodore’s exam feeling 100xs relieved. The workers here are always great. I love the way they treat my pets. You can tell everyone loves animals. They have great customer service. And I love their cat.
Dr Cheema and staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Dr Cheema loves animals and truly cares about your pet. He takes the time to discuss alternative treatment options and makes sound recommendations. In spite of Covid and being overworked, I believe he gives each patient his best. I amended my review once the vet became overworked when purchased by a Corporate program. I’m sharing this review to inform other pet owners who are proactive and ask questions about their pet’s care. Despite always paying in full, and asking reasonable, pet-focused medical questions, I was informed that this practice would no longer provide care for my pet because staff felt “uncomfortable” with my demeanor while I asked questions. The genuine care and understanding the staff gives is amazing, I would recommend there services to anyone who needs care for their loved pet, the Doctor listens to you concerns, very sympathetic and understanding. They also offer pet insurance, care credit, and scratch pay to help with the bill :) .
