This experience has been awful since day one. This is a copy of an email sent to our salesman as directed to do. I had no response from Ronald Bergsmith about this email and none of the problems have been corrected. Currently it's 90+ degrees outside and our air isn't working due to the fan motor being shot and needing replaced. I will never have anything else purchased or installed by Sears. so far so good, installers Earl and Robert were very professional and quick. The whole experience was good from Mike's estimate to install. I think the price was a little high.
