Ten minutes later, she calls for sporting goods dept again and states that jewelery counter will take 10 items or less. Opted to wait a few more minutes. Still waiting in line at 7:45. Cashier states, again, that jewelery counter taking 10 or less items. We walk over to jewelery counter and no employee there! Customer service employee calls for jewelery employee.
