We used Sears for a home appliance repair. Took forever to get appointment for the repair. We were overcharged for repair based on quoted price. Called several times to request refund with no response. Repair man was also very condescending.
Hours are wrong everywhere. They are closed on Sunday now.
Horrible service , they charged my card for an order I did not place it's 5 days before Christmas and they are taking 480$ of my money and I'm still stuck with a broke stove and less money for Christmas.
Every time I need something they are closed. I forget that their times listed on Google are not correct. I've informed the store and sent an email to the Sears website the last time it happened but apparently nothing has changed. Good customer service even when you don't need any help they'll follow you around awkwardly. Very helpful with tips when doing your own repair. Helps you do it right the first time.
