I made an appointment for 10 am - 2 pm. I called at 2pm and was told it was delayed to 3:40 - 5:30 pm. At 6pm I was told the technician was on his way. At 7pm I was told he was finishing another appointment and would call me when he was on his way. At 8pm I canceled the appointment. Not once did Sears call me to tell me about the delays. I had to inquire myself. And the last time I called at 7:45, the office was closed. Sears Repair will not get my business in the future.
