The Customer Service I received from the Sears Outlet at 19750 N Frwy, I-45, in Spring, TX, was amazing. Without the help of Jose Velez, my family would not have had a Thanksgiving meal. He located the only double oven they had and stayed past closing to ensure I made the transaction so that it could be delivered to me the very next day!
