terrible store. Bought a refrigerator and it was supposed to be delivered today and no word yet. I tried calling manager and a lady named Dominique told me that the manager was busy two times. workers are not trained well and they are so incompetent that they are not even able to track my order or give me the status of my order. will cancel my orders and will go buy somewhere else.

I was returning an item. The item did not exist in the receipts that I had with me and the salesperson could not help. Moraya came to rescue. Searched the database and found it under my information. I was offered the full refund. Both the salesperson and Maraya were very pleasant. Thank you

Sears Outlet Great Mall hidden charges – Bought Kenmore water softener at Sears Outlet at Great Mall. The softener was cheaper than at regular Sears store but installation and other charges were the same. Lots of miscommunication with salesmen at the Outlet. When installer arrived, which was $227 to install, he asked for another $150 for plumbing. This charge was never revealed to us by the sales staff and was not in the agreement. Very unhappy about last minute charges and confusing and contradictory info. from sales staff.... read more

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE Crappy stores. Bought Dishwasher. NEVER worked. Pathetic service. Planning to sue them. Wasted money+time installing uninstalling. Even proper parts are not available. Staff inexperienced.

Very satisfied -Especially for Frankie! – I went there with my wife and purchased one Samsung refrigerator (resale new price $1699, we bought at $925). We are very happy with sales person sepacially one guy named Frnkie who is great and very very helpful. Remember the outlet usually have only two or three staffs who run around trying to help people. Just be patient and look aroud to find your model/types first and then ask them questions. Be understandable is critical.

Bad Customer Service I agree with the other review. We entered the store and FOUR employees were talking away behind the counter not offering any help. Who's managing that place anyway???
