NEVER GO TO THIS STORE Crappy stores. Bought Dishwasher. NEVER worked. Pathetic service. Planning to sue them. Wasted money+time installing uninstalling. Even proper parts are not available. Staff inexperienced.
Bad Customer Service I agree with the other review. We entered the store and FOUR employees were talking away behind the counter not offering any help. Who's managing that place anyway???
Sears Appliance Outlet This appliance outlet has a vast selection of home appliances ranging from stoves and fridges to washing machines and dryers. We recently bought a washing machine from here at an excellent price. A lot of their supply is brand new, but they also carry a lot of discounted appliances that have slight cosmetic damage or were recently returned. The service was really bad After entering the store I realized that all the workers were lounging around having social conversations. I asked for assistance and an asian lady rudely "attempted" to help me, however she shouldn't have tried since she was so rude about the sittuation. Everyone seemed annoyed when someone entered the store.
