This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I placed an order for four appliances and waited over a month, only to receive half of what I paid for. To make matters worse, all four items were fraudulently marked as delivered. When I called to address the issue, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude, dismissive, and rushed me off the phone without offering any real help.
