Sears outlet has elevated list prices on items during their 50% off list sale. The fridge I wanted said it listed for over $9000 but if you look it up online it really only lists for over $7000. You can buy the fridge and a slide in double range package for the price they said the refrigerator listed at alone. I believe this is faulty advertising and against the law. I called and discuss this with an associate at the store and he just seemed irritated and said the price was what it was. Brice Rd store

Great customer service. I recently purchased a fridge for our office and it was to be delivered. I worked with Richard who was very helpful for the sale. On the delivery day when the delivery truck came the docks were full and the truck had nowhere to park. So the truck left. I spoke to Larry one of the store managers who rescheduled the delivery for the following week. Little did I know Larry actually came in on his day off and personally delivered the Fridge.
