Went Sears Outlet to replace a dryer they sold me that malfunction and I'll tell you that there was a assistant manager named John that worked there and he was super awesome. He knew is stuff for sure. He was very knowledgeable of the products and the company's and the history. He's customer service was outstanding. Ask for him if you need help.
