I have purchased all of my kitchen appliances, a treadmill, ceiling fan, etc at Sears Outlet and love how well the staff will go out of their way to take care of you. We are a single income household as a teacher on a budget, can't beat these prices! This week, I had my first problem with a defective appliance- - Rich and Frank took care of getting a free service tech out immediately to check it out, both managers went above and beyond to assist me in easily swapping out the defective one for another (and better condition). ... read more
