The management team at this store are very professional and caring. I had to return a refrigerator and the manager, Barbara, within a few days, already had the one I wanted at my door, delivered and installed. This place is awesome. They have a larger variety than Sears, Lowes, and Home Depot put together and you can't beat the prices. Not everything is refurbished, rebuilt, or scratch and dent either. I got a brand new, out of the box but still wrapped in plastic oven for 60% under retail. And it comes with the same 1 year warranty and 90 days to return guarantee as the regular Sears, which BTW took back the oven I bought there that was too big without a hassle.
