All we can say is Chris, the store manager, saved the day! After having numerous issues with an outside contractor for a service contract, I contacted Chris. When I explained the situation, Chris asked us to come to the store to "make things right, " Before I talked to Chris I was ready to give up on Sears and Sears Outlet completely, however after dealing with Chris and his entire team at the Osage store, I will shop there as long as he is there!
