Great service and awesome prices. Nice and helpful staff. They do not pressure you into things that are unnecessary.
Had a terrible experience in phone conversation alone! I believe her name was Joann or something similar. Extremely rude and condescending to a potential customer. Had simple questions and she spoke down to me. My original eye doctor's office had to be in touch with them and they had the same thing to say that the woman who answers phones and deals with prescription issues was extremely difficult to deal with. Might have had a new customer if it wasn't for the poor service from front end.
