Great experience with a nice staff and knowledgeable dr.
I will NEVER go to this Sears Optical again. I have been trying to get a hold of someone there so I could order my contacts and glasses. I had to wait a week because when I was there 2 years ago they gave me the wrong script and messed up my eyes. So they gave me the right script so it would fix the problem. After calling multiple times in the last week, talking to Sabrina and being told she would call me back and then leaving 2 more messages NO ONE called me back.
