Absolutely the worst optical location in ALL of Houston. I am convinced that the employees here have no idea what they’re doing. They are so rude, unprofessional, and take forever to answer one question and when they do they give you attitude. However, the doctors here are the SWEETEST and nicest optometrist i’ve ever met. Willowbrook and Deerbrook Sears locations are both permanently closing in April 2020.
I have been purchasing my prescription lenses and frames from this location for a few years and have always enjoyed the staff and service. This is a small store and I've never seen more than 1 staff person at the store. I had my frame broken the previous evening and was leaving town on 48 hours. I didn't have a spare pair and do I walked into the store without an appointment. Third time doing glasses and checking my eyes whit this Doctor/Optometrist she is very nice , always do full check . Also get my glasses at sears i use my sears card . Never had a problem . I will definitely follow this Doctor in the future.
Monica is the best! I have had nothing but good experiences here beginning in 2018 when l was a new customer. I have made a few trips here within a year and have been treated like family. This review is solely on the optical area where you select frames and so forth. Keep up the good work guys! I will be returning in the future.
