I've been going to Dr. Doerr for the past few years for eye exams and contact fittings. The staff is very friendly and it's very easy to make an appointment. Their professionalism and frequent discounts/sales is why I have been a repeat customer and have recommended their services to my friends and family.
Been going here for years, I wouldn't come back if I was the least bit displeased since there are so many options available these days. Glasses always fit well, my benefits are applied correctly and the staff & Dr. Doerr are concerned with doing a professional job. No complaints.
I have just had one of the worst experiences with a store. We were told to pick our glasses up Wednesday so my wife left early from work to make sure she got thee before the store closed at 7pm ... she did at 6:30pm, and there was no one there and the store was closed. Next day I went back down there at noon and found once again the store was closed.
