Everyone there is nice but I’ve never actually gotten the frames that I picked out.. not only do I have to wait over 2 weeks for my new glasses but then they come and they’re not even close to what I chose.... I just don’t understand how this happens. If they don’t have the frames at the lab or whatever I don’t know why they can’t just call and tell me so I can choose from what they actually do have.
Great job. I've bought perfect glasses here.
