Laura was outstanding in her customer service. I did experience issues with the initial prescription and needed another appointment. In the end it worked out.
Went here for my sons eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Songwe was nice and answered all our questions. Then while we were looking at frames, we were approached by the sales woman who calls herself "Wats" (this is what she wrote on her business card). She said she would be helping us with our glasses order. I asked her if there was a section that was inexpensive and would be covered by our insurance, and she told me I could pick ANY frame, regardless of the price and they would be covered 100% with the insurance I had, which she... read more

I walked in and was greeted by Ashton who was polite, helpful, and knowlegeable. His customer service skills are phenomenal! I needed an adjustment on my glasses and he provided outstanding customer service, adjusted them for me, and was awesome! Even though I didn't buy anything (because I just needed an adjustment), I am ecstatic about Ashton's amazing customer service skills and how well my glasses fit! Thank you, Ashton for everything! Give Ashton a raise and a promotion!
