I have always had a great experience with my eye exams and my glasses at this Sears. Friendly and good customer service.

I got to the location 20 mins before my appointment amd although it was supposed to be open the staff was out on break. No one knew where they were. Couldn't even sit as they had a chain across it staring that we would be penalized if we entered. Will probably go amother location next time.
Very friendly staff !
