Very unprofessional they close the store at different hours ,I drove 21 miles for nothing!!! please update the store hours, now I understand why sears is going out of business
The website says the optical department is open from 11am to 7pm. I arrived at 6:20pm, the entrance was blocked with chairs and the lady at the desk told me they were closed. I wouldn’t have driven after work all this if I would have known the Dept was closed. Apparently, they close whenever they feel like it.
I've been a customer for years and had the most horrible experience. Receptionist Jennifer (who is rude) refused to refund me back money for blurry RGP lens. I waited one month for poor quality lens and did not get a prescription for my glasses either and fought with then for 2 hours to refund all my money back. The worst experience of my life. Don't waste your time there.
