They don’t open on time. It’s 10:15 and the place is not open. They open at 10 am. This is frustrating.
Received confirmation email saying I should arrive 15 mins before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 10AM, I got there at 9:45AM. No one was there. The sign in the door said they changed their hours to 10AM no big deal. I waited 30 minutes all together. Respect my time. Don’t bother calling to reschedule. Terrible way to do business.
I just went to the optical 15 mins before they closed. I had bent my glasses while playing with my dog and Maria took care of me. She was so sweet and nice. It felt like she was my friend. Someone I could hang out with. If I had cash I would’ve given her a tip. This place is amazing. Thank you so much & give Maria a raise!!!!!!!
