We love this office! Dr. Patel is fantastic with kids and well versed in her field (I have a visual impairment. She is knowledgeable about my condition and helps fit me appropriately for my glasses). Megan is so extremely helpful with finding glasses (honest opinion!). Their customer service is amazing!!!

I've been buying my glasses from Sears optical for over 40 years, not anymore. The Crystal Lake location are a bunch of lairs and cheats, they refused to honor their guaranty and have given me the silent treatment for over four weeks. I even went online to lodge a complaint and after telling me they would get back to me in two business days, they also have not responded after another two weeks.
