The doctors and most of the reception staff are very professional and kind. However, one receptionist in particular is rude and does Sears Optical a disservice when she hangs up on people, puts them on hold for too long when they call back, and is not polite. I go there because the doctors and most of them are great and they have good coupons and deals.
