Dr. Kwan is professional and super nice! I was late but he still fit me in for my appointment, with my super energetic toddler in tow. He's great with kids too, and was super helpful getting just the right contact lenses and giving me the scoop on the market place and the prospects for the future. Thanks Dr. Kwan!
Will never go to another store while I can go here. Wife and son go here as well. Dr. Kwan is the best and the staff will do whatever it takes to makes to make you happy.
I went back to Dr. Kwan for an exam and new glasses this past March after a hiatus of a few years to see another optometrist closer to my house. I find Dr. Kwan to be very knowledgeable, open to answering any questions or addressing any concerns and very thorough in his examinations. I found his staff, although small by comparison to the other office I went to, to be very proficient, especially during the measuring of the lenses and the frame fitting.
