They are very unorganized, when you come in for appointments, they dont realize you have an apt. and glasses/contacts never come in on time, and when they are there, they dont call you for a week after to pick them up. When they are suppose to be helping you they will stop and talk to or help other people or answer the phone. They are just not professional and dont seem to really care about helping you or not.
