I like going to Sears..they've got this old school vibe... I gave 3 stars because the wait time is horriy... The staff are really pleasant and helpful just wish there were more staff to speed things up.
I have been a patient of Dr. Drew Saks for a couple of years. I was pleased with him but the staff member that handled my appointment was not helpful and very unprofessional . So I have transferred to a different provider.
Would definitely not recommend this place. They mishandled and scratched my lenses and then put the wrong prescription back in to "fix". I didn't figure it out until I started getting headaches. Very amateurish.
