My boyfriend went here to get his eye exam. I made his appointment and I had to call a few times to verify his insurance and Gina was so helpful and patient. She spent a lot of extra time with me that she didn't necessarily have to. It was really nice. We also went in to pick out frames before his actual appointment and Rachel was working.
